Who Qualifies for DACA?
To be eligible, you must generally show that:
- You arrived in the U.S. before age 16
- You’ve lived here continuously since June 15, 2007
- You were under age 31 as of June 15, 2012
- You were physically present in the U.S. on June 15, 2012
- You’re currently in school, graduated, earned a GED, or were honorably discharged from the military
- You have not been convicted of certain crimes
- You were at least 15 years old when applying (with some exceptions)
